ESTEDE | Business Solutions was founded in 2006 as a daughter company of FST Beheer BV.
FST Beheer BV was founded in 1995 by Franklin Stump, FST beheer BV had two daughter
companies;
FST Network Solutions BV and FST Internet Solutions BV. Both companies where involved
in IT related activities such as software development, PC network installations
and Internet Services.
Software development was concentrated around the development of software for the
Verdict Logging transport system for our account Orbi Solutions BV. By the end of
2006 FST Network Solutions BV and FST Internet Solutions BV where sold to DLA Network.
Our software development activities were excluded from the sale, and formed the
base for ESTEDE | Sensing Solutions BV.
By may 2006 Jeroen ten Dolle started JTD Beheer BV, and participated in ESTEDE |
Business Solutions BV as planned. Together with our account Orbi Solutions, ESTEDE
| Business Solutions BV started a joint venture named Verdict | Systems BV.
Verdict | Systems BV concentrates on developing and distributing Verdict Logging
Transport as a Cold Chain Management System for several industries and companies.
